Job Description:

Cafeens is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support while handling accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
  • Handle bookkeeping duties, including data entry and record maintenance.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company files and maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
