Job Description:
Cafeens is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support while handling accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Handle bookkeeping duties, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Support in preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing company files and maintaining proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
