Position Overview:

As a Vendor Relations Officer at Cafeens, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with coffee shops and vendors. Your primary focus will be onboarding new partners, managing relationships, and implementing strategies to optimize their experience on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new coffee shops and vendors to expand our network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address partner concerns and optimize their performance on the platform.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between Cafeens and vendors, conveying important information and updates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development, vendor management, or related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the coffee or food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
