Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design and enhance the user experience across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating user-centric designs, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototype:
  • Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our website, mobile app, and in-café digital experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• User Research:
  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Collaborate:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the customer journey.
• Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all designs align with Cafeens’ brand identity and maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides.
• Iteration and Testing:
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design choices and optimize user interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry or designing for retail/hospitality brands.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
